Vintage 18ct Sapphire & Diamond 5 Stone Ring

Description

Vintage carved half hoop ring set with alternate square sapphires (3) with an old cut diamond between each.   Head measures 4.20mm x 16.10mm at widest point.  The hallmark has worn but tests as all 18ct yellow gold, finger size K1/2.
