Antique 18ct Garnet & Diamond Ring

Description

Antique ring set with a cabouchon garnet measuring 12mm x 5mm and having an applied rose cut diamond set star attached to the top.  Sitting approximately 7mm high.  Mounted in all 18ct yellow gold with plain gold setting and open split ‘V’ shoulders.  Stamped 18CT and tested to confirm.  Finger size M.  Gross weight 4.24g.
