18ct Yellow Sapphire & Diamond 7 Stone Ring

Description

Beautiful ring set with a central cushion shaped mixed cut yellow sapphire measuring 10mm x 8mm and weighing 3.39cts with three brilliant cut diamonds set either side, 2 next to the sapphire and 1 above the shank.  Each diamond weighing an estimated 0.075ct.  Total diamond content 0.46ct (known).  Mounted in 18ct yellow gold with rub over settings and millegrain edging and having white gold settings to the diamonds.  Finger size M1/2.  Stamped 750 inside shank and tested to confirm.  Gross weight 4.6g.
