A pale blue oval mixed cut sapphire measuring 6mm x 5mm with a brilliant cut diamond weighing an estimated 0.125ct either side.  Total diamond content estimated as 0.25ct.  Mounted in a heavy 18ct white gold mount with rub over settings.  Finger size N.  Gross weight 5.8g.  Fully hallmarked with continental hallmark.
