Pretty cluster ring set with a central oval mixed cut pink sapphire measuring 7mm x 5mm with two diamond surrounds, the outer being slightly lower.  Two rows of diamonds set into each shoulder.  Overall the cluster measures 13mm x 11.85mm.  All 18ct white gold and stamped ILIANA inside shank along with full hallmark.  Finger size O.  Gross weight 5.04g.
