18ct Ruby & Diamond Heart Shaped Cluster Ring

Description

Fabulous Victorian style heart cluster ring set with a central  oval ruby with a surround of 22 old cut diamonds pave set to form the heart which measures 15mm x 15mm.  Mounted in 18ct yellow gold with silver settings.  Total diamond content estimated as 1.55cts.  Finger size L.  No hallmarks but tested to confirm 18ct.
