Diamond encrusted heart measuring 26mm x 15mm (including the diamond set bail) set with 25 brilliant cut diamonds with a total diamond weight of 1.65cts.  Mounted in all 14ct yellow gold with white gold pave settings.  Suspended from an 18″ 9ct yellow gold trace chain.
