Description

Vintage Victorian style twin hearts ring set with two heart cut sapphires surrounded by old cut diamonds with an open work diamond set “tiara” above.  Overall the cluster measures 14mm x 16mm.  Crafted in yellow gold testing as 15ct with silver settings.  Finger size N.
