Victorian 18ct Amethyst Pendant

Description

Victorian pendant with a lovely oval mixed cut amethyst measuring 20mm x 15mm and weighing 14.88cts with a lozenge shaped amethyst above.  Overall the pendant measures 30mm in length.  Mounted in all 18ct yellow gold with six claw setting to the oval amethyst and rub over setting to the lozenge amethyst.  No hallmark as worn but testing as 18ct.  Weight of pendant 4.8g.   Suspended from a new 18″ 18ct yellow gold trace chain weighing 1.4g.
