Description

9ct yellow gold open heart pendant set with sixteen blue sapphires measuring approximately 2.6mm.  Overall the heart measures 25mm x 20mm including the fixed bail.  Suspended from an 18″ 9ct trace chain.  Gross weight 3.7g.
