9ct heart pendant set with thirteen round mixed cut rubies in yellow gold with a slightly lower surround of twenty one small diamonds set in white gold.  The heart has a fixed yellow gold bail and is suspended from a new 18″ 9ct diamond cut trace chain.  Gross weight 4.8g.  Fully hallmarked.
