9ct gold cubic zirconia single stone ring set with a 5mm diameter cubic zirconia, the size of a 0.45ct diamond.  Mounted in 9ct yellow gold with white gold six claw setting.  Fully hallmarked shank, London 1981 finger size L.  Weight 2.1g.
