Description
In 1906 Hans Hansen opened a goldsmith shop and smithy in Kolding, Denmark and when he died at only 56 the company was taken over by his extremely talented son Karl Gustav Hansen who at the age of 25 was already making a name for himself. He employed other designers such as Bent Gabrielsen. In 1992 the firm merged with the Georg Jensen company. This necklace design is called twin peaks and was designed in 1950/60 by Bent Gabrielsen . Each link measures 30mm x 9mm with a hidden hook behind the last link to give a continuous look. Overall length 14″. Fully hallmarked on last link Hans Hansen Denmark 925S 315. Weight 26g. The necklace has been professionally polished.
