The diamond surround can be removed to leave just the sapphire section to be worn at work during the day, then jazzed up with the surround for the evening. Mounted in 18ct yellow gold the electric blue sapphire measures 4.1mm and the overall measurement with the “Catherine wheel” diamond surround is approximately 11.25mm. Post and butterfly fittings.
