18ct gold ruby & diamond pendant measuring 20mm x 7mm.  Seven graduated brilliant cut diamonds set on one side leading to an oval mixed cut ruby measuring 6mm x 4mm.  Total diamond content estimated as 0.17ct.  Hidden bail.  Suspended from a modern 18″ 18ct gold diamond cut trace chain weighing 2.8g.
