18ct Ruby & Diamond Cluster

Description

Oval cluster set with a central mixed cut oval ruby measuring 5.5mm x 4.5mm with 5 brilliant cut diamonds set top and bottom.  Shaped, diamond set open shoulders.  18ct yellow gold with white gold rub over setting to the ruby and grain settings to the diamonds.  Overall the cluster measures 11mm x 8mm not including the open shoulders.  Fully hallmarked shank, finger size M.  Weight 3.7g.
